  • Teletherapy appointments are virtual sessions with a licensed mental health professional conducted via Google Meet. All you need is a device with internet access, a camera, and a microphone.

  • We treat a wide range, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, substance abuse, schizophrenia, and psychosis.

  • Individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, who are seeking support for mental health challenges or coping strategies for life’s difficulties.

  • We accept Medicaid and select commercial insurance plans. To confirm whether your insurance is accepted, please contact us.

    We also offer self-pay options for those without insurance; please contact us for information about rates and payment plans.

  • Yes. We offer flexible scheduling options, including some evening and Saturday appointments, to accommodate busy lifestyles.

  • During your first session, we'll discuss your mental health concerns, history, and treatment goals to create a personalized care plan.

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

  • Yes, our psychiatric nurse practitioner will evaluate your needs and may prescribe medication if appropriate.

    We will work with you to resolve the issue or reschedule your session at no additional cost.
